There are many reasons why it can be a challenge selling your land on your own.

At our cost, we run an individual title examination on each property we purchase and will determine through our research if any title issues exist.
Our title attorneys have years of experience working with complicated title issues and can often find a solution through being able to quiet the title, go through probate process or other creative options.
Not to worry! We help you determine who owns the property using one of our title companies or probate attorneys we regularly work with. If a probate process is required, we help you with that as well.
Furthermore, we even split the probate cost with you.
We pay all probate costs upfront and your portion is paid during closing. You will not incur any out of pocket expenses in the process!
Generally, our title attorneys have several ways to clear a title.
You will be surprised to find that we actually pay for your back taxes and dues on your property. You are not required to spend a penny out of your pocket.
Any back taxes or dues are negotiated as part of our offer prior to reaching an agreement. In the case that money is owed in back taxes or dues, those amounts can be deducted from the final closing price.
In some cases, when the back taxes or dues are minimal, we will cover them in advance to make the process simpler and easier for you.
Remember, you will not have to spend any money in trying to sell your property to Royal Land!
It depends. We diligently try to close and fund every property between 30 to 45 days. However, there are times it takes longer than that due to circumstances outside of our control.
Some common reasons that delay the process are
You will see that we do our absolute best to close on the property as soon as possible!
You have the option of getting paid through a wire transfer directly into your bank account or via a cashier’s check. Our title company sometimes has other options but most of our customers choose wire or cashier’s check.
You will always get paid by a title company and you will provide all your bank information to the them. We will never ask you for your bank information.
